The Equipment like Cranes, and Riggers provided to our value-based clients are tested and certified by Saudi Aramco, Royal Commission, and all our equipment’s are TUV certified on a yearly basis. This ensures that all our equipment is periodically serviced and inspected by the qualified agency so that our equipment is kept in good order and it doesn’t break down during the critical phase of work with client.
TIC is also undertaking maintenance of plants in accordance with the requirement of client no matter whether it is a heavy lifting job, haulage, earthmoving, construction, shutdown or Transportation of goods & service.

MAJOR PROJECTS
MANPOWER STATUS
COMMERCIAL OFFERS, TERMS & CONDITIONS
The quoted rate is based on minimum 10 hours per day, 6 days per week (Saturday through Thursday) or 26 days per month.
Excess hours working pro rata basis.
Duration of the hire: To be Specified.
Rigging / De-rigging time chargeable at working rate.
In case of overnight load, the full period will be considered as working hours.
Rental commences from the time equipment arrives at site and ceases upon departure from site.
Our above offer is subject to availability to manpower and equipment, until placement of a firm order by the Client and confirmation acceptance by us.
Claims of either direct or consequential loss damage of the cargoes, properties arising from whatever cause will not be entertained by Trust Icon Company (TIC).
In the event of inclement weather condition like high wind speed, sandstorms, rain or any other force measure, disabling our equipment from working, such period is to be considered as normal working time of the equipment. Delay of our equipment beyond the control of TIC will be charged as per the above rate.
We will repair mechanical breakdown; rental will not be charged during breakdown period. Claims for direct, indirect or consequential losses due to such occurrences will not be made against us. But Mechanical Breakdowns due to misuse of the equipment will be charged to your account.
Quotation validity: One month only from the date of offer, after which time it will be subject to review.
Payment Terms: To be specified.
Insurance of the cargo to be erected / installed will be arranged by client and is to client’s account. We shall be included as a co-insured and all our risks and liabilities shall be covered with an express and unconditional waiver of subrogation to us and/or subcontractors.
Client shall be responsible for providing free access, hard, level standing foundation for safe operation of the crane. This term is applicable for crane only.
Client shall provide food, accommodation and transportation. Or if client wants to avoid this from their account, we charge a nominal price for these services.
Gate passes, permits etc.
TIC is associated with regular and new customers according to their requirement, even on short notice. We rise up to their expectation by providing the required equipment in record time — no matter what type of equipment the customer requires.
Our equipment performance is backed by a dedicated Maintenance & Operations Team, always on standby to support any minor or major breakdown. During critical project phases, back-up equipment is provided to keep progress uninterrupted.
A professional Marketing Manager and Executive keep direct, round-the-clock contact with clients — tracking project progress and continually finding new clients to serve, contributing to the Kingdom’s day-to-day development.
